Food is amazing. Very clean. Great vibe with bar. Seems like a hidden gem unless you are from Waco. It's a must stop if you happen to be in Waco.

YUM!!! We got the Holy Feast. It came with a sample ( a full side) of each side, brisket, half a chicken, turkey, pulled pork and a sausage. It was delicious. Enough for 4 hungry adults and then some. The Mac and cheese was the best. But greens and grits were awesome. Actually everything was good. The meat was tender and juicy and extremely flavorful. Highly recommend.

Looking for good barbecue stopping at Guess family barbecue in Waco Texas. Restaurant came highly recommended from the local police department and as we all know they know where the good food is. Food was amazing and service top notch.

We are visiting Texas for our first time and asked a police officer we saw downtown where to get good BBQ and he recommended Guess. We weren't disappointed. Met the owner and her daughter, she said her husband is the pit master. The brisket and burnt ends were fabulous. Check this place out!

If you want the best brisket ever made this is your place. If you want dry bland tasting brisket not your place. Darn this place for being so far from California but can't blame them for that. Beans and fry's killed as well.
